Skar Audio provides a 2-year limited warranty on all new items purchased directly or through authorized retailers.
Warranty Claim Process
- Visit Skar Audio's Returns Center
- Enter your order number and shipping zip code
- Complete the submission steps
- Receive email with return instructions and shipping label
- Print instructions and include with your items
Important: All items being sent in for warranty must receive approval prior to being sent to Skar Audio. Items without authorization will be immediately returned.

Key Limitations
- Time-Based Restrictions: Items beyond 30 days from purchase receive refurbished replacements instead of new units, with no refunds permitted after this window.
- No Product Exchanges: Items deemed for replacement will be replaced for the same model and configuration. No exchanges to different products are allowed.
- Unavailable Items: If the original product is discontinued, Skar Audio will substitute with a comparable alternative.
