Skar Audio provides a 2-year limited warranty on all new items purchased directly or through authorized retailers.

Warranty Claim Process

  1. Visit Skar Audio's Returns Center
  2. Enter your order number and shipping zip code
  3. Complete the submission steps
  4. Receive email with return instructions and shipping label
  5. Print instructions and include with your items
Important: All items being sent in for warranty must receive approval prior to being sent to Skar Audio. Items without authorization will be immediately returned.

Key Limitations

  • Time-Based Restrictions: Items beyond 30 days from purchase receive refurbished replacements instead of new units, with no refunds permitted after this window.
  • No Product Exchanges: Items deemed for replacement will be replaced for the same model and configuration. No exchanges to different products are allowed.
  • Unavailable Items: If the original product is discontinued, Skar Audio will substitute with a comparable alternative.
