• If unsure about address validity, verify it with a Google search, as the order verification team uses the same method before canceling orders.

Order was identified as High Risk of Fraud

Skar Audio employs a high level of complex fraud controls that examine the metadata of each transaction including payment data, card information, billing and shipping address information, order history, device, and IP data. This data is run through an algorithm to detect fraudulent transactions. When flagged, the Fraud team cancels and refunds the order while notifying the customer via email.
